Originally built in 1953 as one of Canada's first enclosed malls, The Boulevard Shopping Centre sits at the fifth busiest intersection in Montreal. Malen Capital and Crofton Moore purchased the centre and the underlying land, which was held by a separate owner, and set out to reposition the aging property into a vibrant retail hub for the neighbourhood.
The Boulevard Shopping Centre attracted a high quality tenant, and continues to experience very high sales potential.
Future plans include intensification of excess lands with high rise residential suites that will offer new housing choices for the surrounding neighbourhood, while increasing traffic for retailers.
